How it works

1. Take a photo of each page, flat, in good light. Or upload the PDF if you have one.
2. SerenPad reads the form and lays out its fields.
3. Check the fields, fill them in, and download the filled form as a PDF.

What to watch for

• A photo taken at an angle or in low light can miss fields. Shoot straight down with the whole page in frame.
• Upload every page of a multi-page form.
• If the form has a signature line, sign it in SerenPad before you download it.
• Ask how they want it back. Some take email, some use their own portal, some want paper.
